Method: The method used this study literature review. conducted by author searching various written sources, whether form books, archives, magazines, articles and journals, documents that are relevant to problem being studied. Discussion: classified primary spontaneous if it occurs absence basic lung disease thoracic secondary caused disease. etiology pneumothorax bleb bulla.
